Is there a cost associated with becoming an Independent Benefits Consultant with NMC?
Yes, there are licensing fees that are required along with sales supplies costs. Please check with a recruiter for the current recruiting costs.
Do I need an insurance license?
No, however many states require a license to sell locally or as a non-resident.
Is there any testing that is needed to get licensed?
No. NMC’s products are not insurance products and require no testing.
How often does the company pay?
NMC Field Services employs an advance commission system. Advances are paid generally the same week business is submitted and processed.
How much can I make my first year with the company?
Truly, the possibilities are endless, however, if as a personal producer you were to make just 2 sales a day (consisting of 2 Members each), 5 days a week for only 48 weeks out of the year you could earn over $80,000 your first year! That’s not even considering a leadership position, bonuses or wealth accumulation.
How long has NMC been around?
NMC has been serving the marketplace since 1956. Our products and income potential have only grown over the years as we have expanded our market.
I’ve never sold before, do I need sales experience?
NMC offers advanced online training courses along with training webinars. Also, we have veteran sales Representatives who have been with the company for over 25 years.
I have a background in multi-level marketing and team building; does NMC support large organizations?
With NMC, you can build your sales team as large as you care to build. Our compensation plan includes an overwrite system for those that not only can make sales but also recruit and manage others.
If I come in under a sales leader, can I ever outgrow them?
Yes, NMC’s compensation plan is self-managing in that the harder you work the more you can earn as a personal producer or team leader. Our automatic promotion plan helps encourage growth at any level.
Is NMC a multi-level organization?
Although NMC offers overwrites for team business, we are not a multi-level organization. We have a complex hierarchy that rewards those that do the work from the bottom up.
Do I have to own or lease an office?
That’s the beauty of being your own boss; that is your decision. We have Independent Benefits Consultants and Leaders who run their businesses out of offices, their home, over the phone or even through an online network. The choice is yours
