High Five Tour Rolls On

July 8, 2015

Wounded Warriors Family Support (WWFS) is an independent nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide support to the families of those who have been wounded, injured or killed during combat operations. NMC is a sponsor of WWFS's 2015 High Five Tour, which provides an opportunity for millions of Americans to show their support and say “thank you” to the thousands of military families who have made sacrifices for our freedom.

The mission of the High Five Tour is also to raise $1 million to purchase mobility-equipped vehicles for severely wounded veterans. These vehicles will be converted to hand-controlled operation for combat-wounded veterans who are paralyzed or have lost both of their legs. NMC shares the belief of Wounded Warriors Family Support that “Mobility Is Freedom” and that a wounded veteran given the right vehicle for mobility will have the freedom to live a productive and quality life with his or her family.

The High Five Tour 2015 will make stops at events across the nation, including NMC's headquarters in TX, Ford dealerships, community events, veterans’ organizations, military bases and race tracks, among others. Check the schedule to see when the tour will be near you.

The High Five Tour stops by the NMC headquarters in Hickory Creek, Texas giving us a chance to sign these amazing mobility-equipped vehicles.
