A Culture of Caring

At National Motor Club, giving back to the community is part of our DNA. Throughout the year, the employees and owners of NMC donate to help area families who need assistance. Annual charity events include:

  • Back-To-School Backpacks
  • Thanksgiving Baskets
  • Christmas Angel Tree
  • Holiday Ham Drive

NMC is also a proud sponsor of the Wounded Warriors Family Support's 2015 High Five Tour which raises money to purchase mobility-equipped vehicles for severely wounded veterans.

Networking Warriors of America will be holding the 4th annual T.O.P.S. (Texas-Oklahoma Patriot Shootout) on Saturday, October 10th from 6 am to 1:30 pm. Their primary focus is to provide the necessary training, instruction, and mentorship to any and all military service members determined unfit for further military service due to injury, illness, and or disease. In addition, they work to provide "Community Based" outdoor therapy events promoting a fun and relaxed environment specifically designed to assist our military warriors in their health and healing processes.

30 Military Warriors and Veterans (15 from Texas and 15 from Oklahoma) will battle to win the 2015 Bass Fishing Bragging Rights on Lewisville Lake. Pairing them with some of the top fishing pros like Gary Klein, Jeff Kreit, Kenyon Hill, Gene Eisenmann, Scott Dean, Cheryl Bowman, Stacy Twiggs, Dennis Hastings and many, many others.

We are proud to sponsor this event and we hope to see you there. It will be a fun event and a great way to help show your continued support for our ‪veterans‬.

Wounded Warriors Family Support High Five Tour

Wounded Warriors Family Support (WWFS) is an independent nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide support to the families of those who have been wounded, injured or killed during combat operations. NMC is a sponsor of WWFS's 2015 High Five Tour, which provides an opportunity for millions of Americans to show their support and say “thank you” to the thousands of military families who have made sacrifices for our freedom.

The mission of the High Five Tour is also to raise $1 million to purchase mobility-equipped vehicles for severely wounded veterans. These vehicles will be converted to hand-controlled operation for combat-wounded veterans who are paralyzed or have lost both of their legs. NMC shares the belief of Wounded Warriors Family Support that “Mobility Is Freedom” and that a wounded veteran given the right vehicle for mobility will have the freedom to live a productive and quality life with his or her family.

The High Five Tour 2015 will make stops at events across the nation, including NMC's headquarters in TX, Ford dealerships, community events, veterans’ organizations, military bases and race tracks, among others. Check the schedule to see when the tour will be near you.

Alliance for Children

Alliance For Children is the only Children's Advocacy Center in Tarrant County and was one of the first children's advocacy center programs established in Texas. For over 20 years, they have helped more than 40,000 children heal from the trauma of physical abuse, sexual abuse or from witnessing a violent crime.

A nonprofit organization, Alliance For Children is a fully accredited member of the National Children's Alliance, a membership association of over 700 children's advocacy centers and is a founding member of Children's Advocacy Centers of Texas, a membership organization of over 65 Texas children's advocacy centers.

NMC employees and leadership donated over 200 backpacks filled with school supplies to help Alliance for Children get the kids ready for the upcoming school year. This contribution almost doubled the number of backpacks donated in 2013.
