Sharing Your Information

NMC collects and uses personal information for legitimate business purposes. NMC will not share the non-public personal information of current or former members with non-affiliated third parties except in these cases:

  • As permitted by law. For example, providing information to industry regulators, to law enforcement agencies, for fraud prevention, to credit bureaus and to third parties that assist us in processing the transactions you authorize and in mailing materials to you.

Former member records are generally retained for a period of seven (7) years following the end of the membership relationship, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Use of Cookies

We use a feature of your Internet browser called a "cookie" (a small file placed on the user's hard drive) to facilitate site navigation, for Internet sessions, and to maintain security. For example, we use cookies to remember your personal settings, pre-fill forms for you, and to monitor your use of our website to improve our services. If you choose not to enable cookies on your browser, you will not be able to use some of the services offered on our website.

NMC uses cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to support remarketing and advertising activities.
