- With alliance companies engaged in value added services. Companies whose products or services are offered by NMC, such as travel reservation and discount programs. Data Retention
NMC retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Former member records are generally retained for a period of seven (7) years following the end of the membership relationship, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

For example, we use cookies to remember your personal settings, pre-fill forms for you, and to monitor your use of our website to improve our services. Mobile Application Privacy
When you download the NMC BAC Mobile App ("the App"), you authorize and consent to the collection, storage, and use of any information and data related to or derived from your use of the App. Information may include, but is not limited to, search requests and results, roadside reimbursement information entered, patterns, data, and suggestions based on user actions.
Your personal information is kept in a secure database, and we use appropriate technical and procedural security measures to protect it. NMC will not share any information collected from you for any purpose other than to facilitate the use of roadside reimbursement and other benefits, and/or improve the service of the mobile application itself.
Our Commitment to Short Message Service (SMS Text Messaging) Terms and Privacy
Before sending you any text messages, NMC will ask for your permission. By granting us permission to send you text messages, you consent to these terms and authorize NMC to send you text messages regarding your NMC membership. NMC will not share any text messages sent or received from you for any purpose other than to facilitate use of NMC benefits and services.
