The Information We Collect

During a roadside assistance service event, finding a provider nearest your location is a component of our service. We provide a link to a third-party map service in good faith and as an added convenience for our members. NMC does not collect your geographic location. NMC is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any such third-party website. NMC is not responsible for the privacy practices provided by those sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our website and our mobile app and read the privacy policies of each website you visit as the policy of those sites may differ from ours.
Our Commitment to Mobile Application Privacy
When you download an NMC Mobile App, you authorize and consent to the collection, storage and use of any information and data related to or derived from the use of the NMC Mobile Application. Information may include, but not limited to, search requests, search results, patterns, data and suggestions based on user actions. Your personal information will be kept in a secured database and we use appropriate technical and procedural security measures to protect your personal information. NMC will not share any information collected from you for any purpose other than to facilitate dispatch service and/ or improve the service of the mobile application itself.
Our Commitment to Short Message Service (SMS Text Messaging) Terms and Privacy
We understand that you may incur fees from your cellular carrier for receiving and sending text messages. We also understand that protecting the privacy of any SMS text messages is important. For that reason, before sending you any text messages, NMC will ask for your permission (opt-in) either verbally over the phone or through a response to printed material you received from us. In addition, NMC will send a confirmation text message that requires a response (double opt-in). By granting us permission to send you text messages, you are consenting to these terms and conditions and are authorizing NMC to send you text messages. NMC will not share any text messages sent or received from you for any purpose other than to facilitate service. Remember, if SMS messages are sent from NMC to your mobile phone or other devices, Message and Data Rates may apply. You may reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. By replying STOP, you will no longer receive SMS alerts. To obtain information about why an SMS message was sent, you may reply HELP for help at any time.
